The challenge
A digital participation platform was running on JSON files instead of a database, with the administrator password written into the source code and a login that never verified identity. There was no audit trail and no role-based access control.

Packages and reference ranges
Published so the conversation starts in the right place. The formal proposal comes after the diagnosis.
Reference values for typical scopes, in Brazilian reais, software licences not included. Hourly and hour-bank work: R$ 125 to R$ 250/h depending on seniority. The diagnosis fee is deducted from the first project you contract.
